HARVESTING OUR OLIVE TREES.
Our guests have asked us in the summer many times, how olive oil is made in the winter. Yesterday dawned bright and clear in Paros, a perfect day for picking olives, so for two days we have harvested our olives together with family & friends. With great pleasure, we produced again our high quality and tasty olive-oil, our “early harvest, cold pressed, extra virgin” olive oil.
Each year has a different olive produce, this year is not such a good year, but the final product is really good! You will taste our olive-oil, on the table for your next summer!
Some of our olive grove is around Margarita Studios in Ambelas and in the area of Marmara village, where we have 40 olive trees.
